Box Office Opening Times:
Monday to Saturday 12-4 pm (excluding public holidays).
(Please note there is no booking fee for cash transactions at the venue box office directly. Payment by credit/debit card incurs a booking fee per ticket)
The Box Office will then open for most events at 7pm for collections and sales.

Collecting tickets from the Box Office:
Tickets purchased only from Ticketweb can be collected from the Venue’s Box Office between Monday to Saturday 12-4pm.
Tickets purchased from other outlets will be available when the Box Office opens on the night of the event (usually 7pm).
To collect tickets please bring the following:
- Your confirmation code issued at the time of booking
- The credit card used to purchase your tickets.
Please be aware that under no circumstances will tickets be issued without both the confirmation code and credit card used to purchase the tickets.
If you have lost your confirmation number, contact the ticket outlet you purchased them from who will be able to assist you.
Cardholders will be asked to sign for the tickets as a receipt of collection.
If the cardholder is not present:
If the cardholder is not collecting the tickets, we require a letter of authorisation from the cardholder expressly stating that they allow the tickets to be collected by another person. This letter is a legal document designed to protect you from fraudulent use of your card, therefore it must include:
“I (cardholders name) authorise (person collecting the tickets) to collect (number of tickets) for (name of the event) on my behalf.”
The letter must also state:
- The confirmation number given when the booking was made
- The last four digits and the issue number of the card used to make the booking
- The signature of the cardholder
- The person collecting the tickets must have photographic ID matching the name on the letter as the person collecting the tickets.
TICKETS WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT ALL OF THE ABOVE, PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION WITH YOU.
Types of Tickets available:
The venue is general admission which comprises of downstairs standing, unreserved balcony seats and balcony standing.
Customers should note that there are a limited number of unreserved balcony seats therefore those wishing to sit are advised to arrive early to secure a place.
TOUT PREVENTION
Be aware of unauthorised ticket agencies. If you use an unofficial ticket retailer or outlet, we do not guarantee you access to our event and will not be able to assist you.
