Journeys Brighton is the official hostel partner for The Great Escape and 2013 sees us take over the entire hostel for the second consecutive year running. Situated within a converted music venue that’s played host to the likes of Blur, Kasabian and Muse, the building’s since been transformed into a comfortable and trendy hostel, kitted out with all the mod-cons whilst keeping its unique atmosphere and character. Well located in the centre of bustling Brighton, Journeys is a quick stumble to all of our key gig and convention venues, making it the perfect base for your Great Escape weekend.
Equipped with state-of-the-art triple bunk beds, Journeys guarantees their guests pay the lowest price possible without compromising comfort or privacy. Each bed comes with free bed linen, a utility board, a private reading lamp and a privacy curtain, perfect for any feelings of delicacy you may have come Saturday morning! Journeys also provides the perfect environment for meeting fellow Great Escapers- pay a visit to the Bar, a great opportunity to hang out with other like-minded music lovers, or just chill and watch TV in the Common Room. Remember to send those all important updates back home to your friends and family via Journeys free Wi-Fi, ensuring people know just how much fun you’ve been having at The Great Escape!
Enjoy free continental breakfast each morning to get you fully rejuvenated and ready for a full day of partying and if you’re still going into the early hours of the next morning, there’s no need to worry, Journeys has 24 hour security access! All dorms have shower and toilet facilities on each floor and additional facilities include access to washing and drying appliances, lockers and luggage room facilities, kitchen facilities and towel hire in case you fancy a dip in the nearby sea!
We offer a range of different room sizes, with our 6 bed dorm already sold out, there is still a limited amount of beds available in the smaller 12 bed and 15 bed dorms. BOOK NOW to ensure you make the most of this offer while it’s still around as beds are selling fast!
