As the charts crumble under the weight of label-made pop groups and mumbling farmers, ‘Lost Souls’ is so preposterously raucous it should have the record industry running scared at the point of a pitchfork. Not since ‘Madonna’ have ToD harboured this much vitriol; whether berating spineless songwriters on the album’s title track, or standing shoulder to shoulder with Pussy Riot on ‘Up To Infinity’, Conrad Keely spits and screams like a man in need of an exorcist. ‘Lost Songs’ is a noisy manifesto; a deafening return to the beginning of the Trail.
