Like a sweaty little weirdo smiling to himself alone at a rave, Outfit’s ‘Two Islands’ is endearing and entertaining, but also lonely and desperate. ‘I don’t know anyone else’, he’s saying, almost pleading for fate to lend him a hand, give him a buddy to pop pills with, perspire with, even dance with. Shivering and cold, at the end of the evening, he could do worse than let this three minute and forty second musical hug warm him up.
