General Policies
Show Hours
Typically doors are at 7pm, check listings to see if they are earlier or later. Show curfew at 10.30pm Wednesday through Sunday and 11pm on Monday and Tuesday, except if there is a bank holiday or a club following the show.
Club Hours
Typically doors are at 11pm, check to see if they open earlier for particular events. Clubs curfew at 3am Mondays through Wednesday and 4am Thursday through Saturday. Late Sundays can be obtained through a Temporary Event Notice.
Age Restrictions
The venue operates a Challenge 21 policy for all persons entering the premises or purchasing alcohol. To avoid disappointment, please bring valid photographic proof of age with you to ensure entry. PASS scheme cards, Drivers license and Passports are all valid forms of proof of age.
Shows are 14+, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (18+), proof of age upon request regardless of advance ticket purchase.

Readmission Policy
The venue operates a no readmission policy at all events hosted at the premises. All bars accept card payments and the venue has an ATM next to the main bar.
Camera Policy
No professional or semi professional audio or video equipment is allowed into the venue without prior consent of the venue management and all concerned with the artist. The policy related to cameras being admitted to live music shows is controlled by the artist and/or their representatives, this generally considers that any camera with a detachable lens will be considered professional quality. Artists may insist that no cameras are admitted to the show at all. The management will endeavour to place signs regarding this at the entrance so customers are aware if no cameras are to be admitted or if the show is being filmed for any reason.
