Fades, Album launch show, The Red House Glory, Anonymous Tip
The Fades are brothers Dave and James Lightfoot (vocals, guitar and bass and backing vocals), combined with lead guitarist Jonny Barnard and drum pounder Alastair ‘Flash’ Thorpe wasted no time putting into motion the vow they made whilst touring New York in December 2010 – that, upon their return, they would record the best full length opus the rock world had ever seen. The aforementioned US tour had revitalized the band and gave fresh impetus to fulfill their promise to the very letter, and on September 17th 2012, almost two years later, the beast that is ‘Ragnarok’ is ready to be unleashed upon the world.
After selling out the Camden Barfly with a launch party celebrating the first single from the album; ‘Meccano’, The Fades wish to go one step further and blow the doors off London’s legendary Borderline for their album launch on 29th September.
