Support comes from LOW MOON LOW who formed in early 2012, and are propelled by the talents of two vocalists songwriters with their own distinct influences. LOW MOON LOW, work closely with atmosphere, texture and harmony to create a sound that sits somewhere between shoe gaze, post rock and folk.
LOW MOON LOW haven’t been around for very long, but already there appears to be a ground swell occurring, no doubt propagated by the un-doubted strength of their debut single ‘Slow Train’, recorded & produced by Paul Savage (FLAMING LIPS, FRANZ FERDINAND, MOGWAI, ARAB STRAP). Opening the bill on the 15th, are St Alban’s based quintet YOUTH IMPERIAL who draw from a melting pot of diverse tastes and talents, to offer a refreshing take on traditional songwriting, whilst combining well thought-out melodies with a lust for beauty and grandeur.
